My name is Carissa and I’m the baker behind the apron! Baking has been a passion of mine since I was young, but Milk and Honey came to life one summer afternoon when I decided to try my hand at the elusive macaron. 

The Harry Potter Festival was coming up and I decided to take my macarons and set up shop on the streets of Downtown Plant City and was quickly swarmed with eager macaron fans!

Many markets, thousands of macarons, and a bit of magic later, Milk and Honey slowly became what it is today.
